As a prelude to an upcoming presentation by the Carlsbad VIP before the Carlsbad City Council, an early morning audience of 63 people listened to Frank Hutchins, Carlsbad VIP President, explain the organization's strategic goals.The audience engaged and one participant offered a motion that was unanimously approved and accepted to give thumbs up to the Carlsbad VIP's plan that will be heard by the Carlsbad City Council on April 22.
The questions were many as Hutchins fielded one after another. Suypport for the Carlsbad VIP was in the air!
