Carlsbad City Planning Commissioner and City Council Candidate, Farrah Douglas, today appeared before members of the Carlsbad Village Business Association at it's May membership meeting, held at the New Village Arts Theater. The hour-long presentation gave Ms. Douglas the opportunity to share her vision for the Village and to answer questions from the audience.Farrah fielded many questions from members.
